Our Process
Determine where the dryer exhaust vent is located (typically on the roof).
While the dryer is running, we check the flow coming out of the dryer with an anemometer. (should be at least 8 meters per sec)
Pull dryer back from wall and remove vent hose.
Determine if the vent house needs to be replaced any rips or tears
Run dryer vent brushes through vent “3-5 x” (vents run anywhere from 5-35 ft)
Clean up lint, and vacuum any dirt and or dust.
Take out the lint screen, and unscrew the lint basket, clean out the inside of the dryer.
Reattach the hose, return the dryer to its original place.
Wipe down the entire area with simple green cleaner and make sure all lint and dust has been removed.
Turn the dryer on and check the flow coming out of the exhaust vent, make sure it is reading 8 m/s.
